How to Read Your eBook on Various Devices


 


  1. Plug your Kindle into a computer.
  2. From the computer, click on the download link in the email you received.

  1. After clicking the link, your web browser opens and prompts you to save the link.
  2. Open the “Documents” folder on your device. (e.g. “G:\documents”)
  3. Press “Save” to place your download in that directory.
  4. Unplug your device after the file is successfully downloaded.

 



  1. Make sure that the Kindle app from the App Store is installed.
  2. Using the Mail app, open the email you received with the download link.
  3. Tap on the download link for iPad.

  1. The link will open in Safari and the file will start downloading. Safari may seem unresponsive for a couple of seconds—or minutes if your internet connection is slow. Don’t close Safari.
  2. Once prompted, tap on “Open in Kindle.”
  3. The eBook should now be accessible in your Kindle library.

 



  1. Download and install the app “ePuB Reader for Android” (or any epub reader) from Google Play Store.

  1. Download the document by clicking the link from ISV.

  1. Wait for the document to be downloaded.

  1. After downloading, open your epub reader and import the downloaded file. Click the folder icon to import a file.

  1. Click the name of the file that you want to import then click the check icon.

  1. You can now read your epub file.

 

 



  1. Make sure that Kindle for PC is installed first before proceeding. (www.amazon.com/kindleforpc)
  2. Click on the download link in the email you received.

  1. Save the file on your computer. (e.g. “\My Documents\eBooks\”)
  2. After downloading the file, open the directory where you saved your file.
  3. Double click on the file you downloaded.
  4. Automatically, the opened file gets placed on your Kindle for PC library.

 



  1. Make sure that Kindle for Mac is installed first before proceeding. (www.amazon.com/kindleformac)
  2. Click on the download link in the email you received.

  1. Save the file on your “My Kindle Content” folder. (e.g. “\Library\Application Support/Kindle/My Kindle Content”)
  2. Open the Kindle for Mac application.
  3. Your eBook should now be included in your library.

 



  1. Plug your Nook into a computer via USB.
  2. From the computer, click on the download link in the email you received.

  1. After clicking the link, your web browser opens and prompts you to save the link.
  2. Open the “Books” folder on your device. (Usually located under “My Files” folder of your device location. e.g. “G:\My Files\Books.”)
  3. Press “Save” to place your download in that directory.
  4. Unplug your device after the file gets successfully downloaded.
  5. The eBook should now be on your Nook.
