TP Icap’s information business has moved into credit and equity research distribution through a deal with Valens Research, a boutique firm founded in the wake of the financial crisis.

Tullett Prebon Information, part of TP Icap, and Valens will aim to provide clients - including brokers and fund managers - with like-for-like comparisons of corporate performance data across peers, industries and time, according to a February 8 statement.
