DHI is trading at a 1.5x V/A’, in the middle of recent valuations. However, V/E’ at 13.2x is at the lower end of historical valuations. The market is expecting ROA’ to fall to 6%-7% levels from 11% levels in 2015, with slower 10% Asset’ growth going forward.
