Marketing Associate
- Full-time position

Valens Research Asia is in need of a full-time Marketing Associate whose main responsibility is to work with the Head of Marketing in planning effective marketing efforts for the company. The scope of responsibilities will also include advertising, project management, PR, and events. Valens has conducted multiple in-person and online events–seminars, training programs, workshops, master classes, etc.–all over the globe and is on its way to organize more.
The Marketing Associate will report to the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for the ff.:
- Brand Management
- Events Management
- Social Media Management
- Production and standardization of marketing materials
- Reviewing, proofreading, and editing marketing materials
- Lists, reports, and presentations
- Market research
- Analyzing questionnaires
- Tracking of Key Performance Indicators related to marketing efforts
- Assisting with client communications
- Assisting with promotional activities and events
- Maintaining ties with customers, external agencies, and other partners
- Customer service relations
The job will be full time, with hours to be worked from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday PHT.
The position is open to anyone with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree and satisfactorily fits the qualifications below:
- Relevant previous marketing experience
- Familiar with the basics of Google Workspace applications
- Familiar with the basics of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Can follow instructions properly
- Quick learner and diligent
- Independent and high-quality worker
- Highly organized and able to multitask effectively
- Pays close attention to details
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Works well with others/a team player
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
A degree in Communications or Marketing is desired but not required.
