Human Resource (HR) Assistant

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR assistants to help our HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks

As an HR Assistant, you will provide assistance to our HR department in day-to-day operations. You will assist the HR Department in various tasks including recruitment, selection, payroll, orientation, and employee training and development. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and records
  • Assist in the firm’s end-to-end recruitment efforts, including seeking new talent, verifying applicants’ background through references, and conducting the initial screening.
  • Assist teammates in policy formation in line with best practices.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee training programs, including the annual team building activity.
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
  • Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
  • Issue personnel memos as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Great English communication and writing skills.
  • Self-starter requiring minimal supervision. 
  • Must possess at least basic proficiency in using MS Office applications.
  • Diligent and pays great attention to details.
  • Great time management skills.
  • Great problem-solving skills.
  • Able to deal with different kinds of people.
