Senior Project Manager
- Full Time Position
- 5 days a week
- US Day Shift
The Senior Project Manager will report to top management and will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and implement projects needed for the firm and its clients
- Establish realistic and practical action plans to achieve the set objectives
- Deliver and execute appropriate internal communication strategies and timelines
- Monitor team performance and carry out internal quality assessments to improve quality of the project outputs
- Ensure all projects and efforts are executed according to schedule and quality standards
- Manage every aspect of a project, including its planning, communication, risk assessment, and resources
The position is open to anyone who fits the qualifications below:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or any related program, or with any related certifications
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in a managerial position
- Minimum of 3 years project management experience
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English communication skills – written and oral
- Ability to analyse, evaluate, and document business processes and procedures in great detail
- Pays great attention to detail
- Works well under pressure
- Works well with different teams
- Must be willing to work during the US day shift/PH night shift
- Willing to work from home
