Allan is currently working at LevelUp Support as a Senior WordPress Technical Support. He’s handling two clients as of the moment that focuses on product support for WordPress plugins and themes. Allan is currently handling multiple clients and is eyeing to take on the Team Leader role.

He used to be a Software Engineer at Valens where he learned most of his professional skills on web application development.

To Allan, success is focusing on his career path and goals despite encountering shifts in roles and work environment.

A life lesson he shared is “to continue to strive and have a goal in mind. Focus on your work and don’t allow anything or anyone to hinder you in achieving those goals. You may fail or lose sometimes, but it is part of life and your learning curve. The important thing is that you continue and finish what you have started and never give up. Every person you will meet will help you in achieving those goals and in return, try to be that someone who will help them to achieve their goals as well.”

He also said that “…giving your best and doing what is right will always be rewarded. People may disagree with you because they have different perceptions of things, but it will help you to always see the bigger picture.”
