Allen Grace Galaura currently works at Shopee Philippines as an Influencer Marketing Intern. Shopee is a multinational technology company that focuses mainly on e-commerce and operates in different countries in Southeast Asia, including the Philippines.

As an Influencer Marketing Intern, Allen’s main tasks include coordinating with influencers, monitoring KOL (key opinion leader) deliverables, and helping produce content briefs and competitor analysis.

Allen was a Marketing Intern under the Marketing team at Valens Research. Her responsibilities were helping the team organize and handle the firm’s marketing capabilities, planning online events and webinars, and writing content such as social media emails and electronic direct mails.

Having her first marketing internship experience at Valens Research made Allen realize that the marketing industry could be a potential career path for her. Now that she’s having her second internship at Shopee Philippines, she wants to grab every opportunity to know more about the ins and outs of marketing. Allen considers Influencer Marketing as a challenge, but that’s something she wants to learn more about and gain additional insights, experiences, and skills from.

One of the things people don’t usually know about Allen is she is a hopeless romantic. Reading rom-com books easily makes her emotional and daydream about different romantic scenarios in her head.
