Carlos Albaña is currently taking a masters degree in Business Management at Victoria University (Melbourne AU). He also has a background in the banking industry and financial research.
According to Carlos, business school has opened his curiosity on project management and sustainability. He’s trying his hand out in sustainability through his thesis, understanding the sustainability of urban agriculture in Melbourne.
Prior to this, Carlos was a Financial Editor at Valens. His main task was to proofread reports with the team before they were sent to registered clients and before they were published to investing boards such as Seeking Alpha and Harvest.
Another interesting fact that some people know about Carlos is his passion for painting. Recently, he has been taking watercolor painting more seriously and has been earning from it. He also interacts with local artists in Australia to learn how to deal with the technical, social, and financial aspects of art.
