Cheska Lyn Pablico is currently a Director of Finance and Administration at Anytime Fitness under 1UP Capital Management group. She manages the accounting, internal audit, and the finance team. She also reviews all the management and operating decisions of the company, especially related to commission structures, budgeting, franchise acquisitions, process flow designs, etc.

Cheska was a Financial (Equity) Analyst during her time in Valens where she handled the U.S. healthcare industry. The experiences she acquired from Valens in business valuation, analysis on KPIs and commission structures, and her accounting and auditing background contributed a lot to her current job.

Considering that their company is now continuously expanding and they are aggressively acquiring other franchisees, the biggest project she wants to achieve is to create a Franchise Valuation Model customized for the Anytime Fitness Franchise.

Cheska is enjoying her career so far. When she was at Valens, she always had plans of running her own gym. She even made her own business model and feasibility study. To reach that goal, she aims to save more for capital and learn more about the fitness industry. With her current role, she is able to work in the industry she loves and apply all her experiences and professional background as a CPA.

Cheska used to be a gym-a-holic, but for the meantime, she chose not to go as much due to her busy lifestyle. She also just gave birth to her daughter who is now 5 months old.
