Zea Salanga works at Ernst & Young (EY) Global Delivery Services Philippines as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Ernst & Young is a multinational professional services network that has 700 offices in 150 countries.
Zea’s main responsibilities for her role include conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for new hires and coordinating with EY managers, leaders, and stakeholders all around the world.
She aims to earn an internal certification called EY Badge to build up her knowledge and equip her for other opportunities. She also wants to have a more in-depth understanding about EY’s business operations because she believes it will help her as a recruiter.
When she was a Marketing Intern at Valens Research, Zea handled postings on Valens’ social media accounts and assisted in the firm’s email marketing campaigns and weekly newsletters.
Outside of work, Zea is always up for adventures with her friends but most of the time, she enjoys staying at home.
