Miguel Franco Serrano, a.k.a. Mico, currently works as a Reports Analyst at Connext Global Solutions. Connext Global Solutions is a premier outsourcing company that helps businesses in the healthcare and real estate sectors build, train, and manage custom support teams in the Philippines. 

As a Reports Analyst, Mico is responsible for creating and maintaining billing reports for clients. He is also in charge of doing weekly reconciliation of various accounts receivables. 

Mico was a Financial Analyst under the Research team at Valens Research. His main tasks included helping the team prepare daily reports and analyses, conducting single line auditing and audit reports, and maintaining and updating the firm’s database. 

One of Mico’s goals in his current role is to expand his skills and knowledge in accounting, specifically the accounts receivable aspect of the job. He’s grateful for the opportunity he had at Valens because the lessons he learned in the firm helped him improve his analytical skills. 

Mico is an open book. A lot of his peers at Valens probably know he’s a “foodie,” and he specifically loves Japanese food. What others might not know about him is he also likes Thai food.
