Patricia Anne Danganan, a.k.a. Pat, currently works at Nestlé Philippines, Inc. as a Brand Management Intern. Nestlé is the world’s largest food and beverage company. It has over 400 factories that operate in 189 countries, including the US, Philippines, and Turkey. 

As a Brand Management Intern, Pat assists in the asset development and implementation of the brand’s digital programs, oversees the end-to-end facilitation of consumers’ journey via the brand’s website, and leads the implementation of sampling activities and other marketing logistics of Nestlé. 

Pat was a Marketing Intern under the Marketing team at Valens Research. Her main tasks included creating and scheduling social media posts, writing social media emails and electronic direct mails, and assisting the Marketing Associates in creating event-related marketing collaterals. 

One of the challenges Pat experiences in her current internship is developing her proactiveness, adaptability, and resourcefulness. Since she is working in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company, she also has to keep up with the fast-paced work environment to ensure a successful implementation of the projects she’s involved in. Despite that, she also sees this challenge as a way to hone her management and leadership skills, and know more about consumers through a data-driven approach. 

Outside of work, Pat is a huge fan of Korean culture—K-Pop, K-Drama, K-Food, K-Fashion, etc. Watching at least one episode of her favorite K-Dramas every day serves as her stress reliever.
